Test Rack

Each row is a test from tests/registry.json; each column is a lot. A bar is never lowered to make a cell turn green. Planned tests are listed so every lot shows what it has not yet been asked.

Results are saved observations, not a fresh run. In the full giraffe shot, M1 predates the head revision, S4 records an earlier browser render, and S5 is asserted by construction. Playback approval remains open. Readthrough and remaining gaps.
