Storm surge at the building.

REVIEW COPY · GATES NOT MET

Early surf strikes the fixed building, collapses, and settles into a low wash. Seven original hurricane-doodle strokes form the water abstraction; the archive shows storm surge, not a visible rotating cyclone.

Three blind reviews completed: original doodle identity and building composition hold. Remaining gap: continuing foreground surge changes too little in later keys. Raster trace recall 0.9514 fails the 0.98 bar. SAM switches target; classifier and normal-speed playback approval remain unrun. No training ran.

Eight moments, fully assembled.

SAM2.1 ran upstream, but its mask switches from water to the building; a persistent single-object fit is not established. Recognition and normal-speed playback approval remain unrun. Camera alignment is 2D translation and the bounded foam texture drift is not tracked physical water particles. No training ran.
