Each of the lab’s pages was filmed: opened, pressed play where there was a play button, and caught at four moments, so every page here moves the way it moves for a visitor. A machine (CLIP) read those frames for what each page looks like. Six finders use that same material, each orchestrated by a different Bolas design system and each betting on a different way people find things. Try them all; keep what works.
What was filmedEvery page of the lab, at 0.7, 3, 6 and 10 seconds after it opens, with its play or start button pressed before the second frame. The words each page shows were kept too, so search reads what is on screen, not just the file name.
What the machine sawCLIP, the lab’s own model, embedded every frame. Pages that look alike are linked, and each page carries the few words from a list of fifty (a timeline, a map, black and white footage, a spider web) that its frames sit nearest.
What search readsTitle first, then the work it serves and its kind, then what it looks like, then its description, then every word it shows on screen. All your words found counts more than some. The snippet shows where.
