M02 reports that M04 removed clock hands; the missing account leaves that claim uncorroborated, not without a known reporter. M06 distinguishes receiver-mediated hearing from witnessing at the table. V01 text clipping and epistemic overstatement repaired. Revised populated case in CASE_DATABASE.json is a project-data example, not an onscreen row. Synthetic libflite narration and numerical ticks; no archive faces assigned fictional conditions.

Actual critic reports and ACCEPTANCE.json distinguish bounded visual review from full original-prompt and audiovisual acceptance.
