ALLWAYS059 — V02 CRITIC RECORD Two actual independent returning critics: visual construction PASS; full audiovisual acceptance INCONCLUSIVE. Both compared registered and unregistered versions. V01 bread/exit concerns triggered actual V02 repair and re-review. No normal-speed viewing/audio listening claimed. Largest remaining gap: meal aftermath17–20s and felt slower return require real-time audition. ===== CRITIC_A.txt ===== ALLWAYS 059 — CRITIC A, V01 Comparison verdict: REGISTERED VERSION STRONGER for the intended graphic-circle continuity. Visual-evidence verdict: qualified pass for central round-form recurrence and both context releases, with a substantial weak link at the bread. Overall experiential acceptance: INCONCLUSIVE, because I have not viewed either film in native normal-speed playback or heard its sound. These are separate judgments; the limitation does not establish either perceptual success or failure. Independence/method: Read no build script or ledger. First impression came from all four registered ordered contact sheets, then all four control sheets. I subsequently extracted 24 larger time-selected frames from the actual registered MP4 and inspected an additional ordered 10 fps sequence at 32.0–34.4 seconds. Sheet times span both complete 38-second films. I received a stated intention/timing description before first inspection, so this is independent critical judgment, not a claim of fully blind concept discovery. No audio listening or native real-time video viewing occurred. First visual impression: A central round object persists through different materials and functions: clock, black aperture, projector reel, grille, lamp, dark circular/elliptical object among transparent vessels. The bread/hands image breaks that recognition. The dinner view that follows reveals a practical setting and an action instead of a diagram. Later, round mechanisms, iris, record, reel and ball return to the graphic exercise; the ball is released into play. I see a deliberate pattern, not just an arbitrary miscellaneous montage. Comparison with the control: 0.0–4.0: Registered clock→black aperture is conspicuously steadier in location and apparent diameter. Control aperture expands greatly relative to clock. Registered is stronger for visual carryover. 4.0–8.0: Registration emphasizes projector's top reel and the grille center; control gives more useful machine identity but distributes attention across multiple components. Registered is stronger for the specified graphic focus. 8.0–12.0: Registered lamp and dark object among vessels occupy a more stable target area. Their contours are less similar than the first pair: lamp is a bulbous rounded rectangle and dark object a horizontal ellipse. Control's paired lamps and repeated vessel pattern have compositional appeal of their own, but weaker single-anchor persistence. 12.0–15.0: Registered magnifies the bread/hand area. Control makes the food/table relation readable immediately. Neither offers a plainly unobstructed round bread outline. Registration supplies apparent target location without necessarily supplying perceived target identity. 20.0–24.8: Registered rotary-looking part→iris is a convincing change in material and function with the target sustained. Control shows an array of different parts before the eye, making the viewer choose which circle to carry across. Registered materially improves that relation. 24.8–29.6: Record label and handled reel are similarly centered; record label is a flattened ellipse and reel tilted. Useful perceptual family, not an optically identical circle. 29.6–33.2: Registered isolates the ball considerably better than control before gradually revealing people/court. Control begins with the action setting and therefore loses the reveal's force. Registered stronger. Precise sequence: 0–2 clock; 2–4 dark aperture; 4–6 projector reel; 6–8 grille; 8–10 lamp; 10–12 dark round/oval form among vessels; 12–14 bread/hands freeze; 14–15 continuous widening release; 15–20 original meal action/context. 20–22.4 rotary-looking part; 22.4–24.8 iris; 24.8–27.2 record; 27.2–29.6 handled reel; 29.6–32 ball freeze; 32–33.2 widening release; 33.2–34.3 original ball action; 34.3–38 closing card. Strongest relations: 2.0 clock→aperture clearly trades measured/informational surface for depth/darkness while keeping round attention. 22.4 mechanical rotary array→living iris is the strongest material/functional change. The 32–33.2 ball release makes the ball's placement in shared activity legible; the original motion resumes at 33.2 and the ball is no longer visible by roughly 33.4–33.5 in my sampled frames. This establishes disappearance, not a certified literal edge exit: a catch or occlusion is possible and requires native-frame trajectory checking. A person turns and begins leaving their position afterwards. I do not certify the moving-exit criterion from these samples. Largest gap: 12–14 bread still, specifically the relation from 10–12. Hands cover and fragment the putative circular object, and pale food blends with fingers. I recognize bread handling/tearing, but cannot recover a confident single bread circumference or a persistent target comparable to the preceding black ellipse. The pattern has already released into an action image before the intended 14–15 context release. This weakens the contrast between geometric control and meaningful release. It is an observable perceptual issue, not resolved by numeric center/radius metadata. What the bread release does well: 14–15 widening is evident and 15–20 changes from arrested hands to meal action and visible table arrangement. Food, fingers, utensils and setting carry a useful change from abstract round form to use. The contextual payoff survives; its onset is less clean than intended. Slower second section: 2.4-second holds rather than 2-second holds are verifiable but only a 20% duration increase. Across still-image inspection I cannot certify that this feels like a slower return at playback. It also is not a literal reprise of the opening sequence: new images continue the same family, and the handheld reel echoes the projector reel rather than returning the initial clock. If a perceptually obvious slower return is essential, test actual playback without the timing explanation. On present visual evidence it is a second, slightly longer series, not proof of a felt tempo transformation. Frame-edge qualification: Source images occupy visibly different-sized rectangles against black. Clock/aperture look like small floating windows, projector and vessels fill more of the canvas. This sometimes makes the rectangular patch change compete with the object's constancy. The central target is nevertheless clearer than in control. Do not equate a fixed center with an invisible cut or a perfectly persistent optical disk. Observable repair: For the 12–14 freeze, first seek a nearby source moment with more of the roll's outer edge exposed and less finger overlap, then carry that exact moment into the widening/source continuation. Alternatively choose a food image with a readable irregular round perimeter and clear hands arriving only after release. Preserve deformation/context meaning, but give the viewer a contour to lose. Avoid drawing a circle or inventing missing bread edge. If no such native frame exists, replace this source or acknowledge that this link breaks the circle rather than pretending it sustains it. For frame-edge competition, assess a consistent canvas/background treatment while comparing actual target visibility; do not crop away essential context just to standardize rectangles. Recommendation: Retain registered over control for this concept. Retain the two releases. Verify or repair the final ball trajectory; disappearance alone is not evidence of an edge exit. Repair or explicitly accept the bread break; it is the principal remaining visual weakness. A final normal-speed, audible comparison is still required for overall acceptance, including whether 14–15 and 32–33.2 feel like releases rather than routine zooms and whether the slower series is sensed without explanation. I cannot supply that evidence through static image tools. ===== CRITIC_B.txt ===== INDEPENDENT CRITIC B — 059 V01 Verdict: PASS for the observable visual construction, with a pacing reservation. Full real-time audiovisual acceptance remains INCONCLUSIVE / pending actual playback and audio audition. This is not a claim to have experienced real-time rhythm. Method: Read no builder explanations, transform ledgers, timeline files or other critic reports. Inspected all four supplied ordered sheets for the main film and all four for its unregistered control (their visible timestamps run 0.00–37.21 seconds). Independently extracted and inspected the entire main MP4 at 4 fps in temporal order: 152 actual sampled frames across the 38-second film. Also inspected native 960x720 frames at 14.50, 15.00, 20.00, 30.10, 33.00 and 34.00 seconds. Control comparison is based on its supplied temporal sheets, not dense independent decoding. No native playback, audio or real-time perceptual tools used. Times describing transitions below are sampled to about 0.25 seconds; not certified edit-frame timings. Closing-title explanation is excluded as evidence. What works visibly: 0.00–12.00: The clock face, dark circular opening, projector reel, circular speaker-like diaphragm, glowing lamp and dark circular surface among transparent circular vessels occupy roughly the same central visual territory and comparable diameter. Material changes strongly: numbered white face, hollow black cavity, perforated metal reel, radial textured surface, overbright glass, smooth dark surface. Even when identification is uncertain, surface and function differ enough to prevent these from being interchangeable circle specimens. The bright lamp has an oval/squared contour rather than perfect circularity, which is a useful loosening of the rule. My gaze can stay near one location instead of searching for each new object. 12.00–14.25: The torn roll/hand image is a productive interruption. Flesh, ragged pale crumb and browned bread replace clean mechanical rims. The implied ring is less certain here: the curved fingers and gap compete with the roll as the putative round object. I see the breakdown of a regular boundary more readily than a single exact matched circle. That uncertainty is visually appropriate as a hinge, provided the film does not require every viewer to identify one exact rim. About 14.50–17.00: The frame opens outward to a full dinner setting. The roll section is returned to the side plate, the smaller morsel is lifted, then a reverse view shows the bread portions and water glass. This changes attention from a contour to an action and its setting. The main version makes this release much more legible than the control because the prior image is markedly tighter. The action itself is specific enough to carry the interval, independent of sound. About 20.00–29.25: Round forms return more slowly through a telephone-like circular terminal assembly, iris, record label and hand-held film reel. These occupy the central region again, but with more context and perspective variation. The biological eye is a particularly effective change of material and implication after an electrical mechanism. Record and reel connect the round shape to use, even though these are held still rather than demonstrating operation. The hand-held reel is markedly elliptical; I read correspondence rather than exact contour registration. That is acceptable for an equivalent-radius idea but should not be described as perfect edge alignment. About 29.50–32.00: The ball is held as another centrally prominent round form, with the nearby boy and curtain partially visible. About 32.25–34.25, wider context and changing actual frames reveal the boys; the ball rises/leaves the central zone and the foreground boy turns. This is an intelligible exit from shape correspondence into human action. Actual movement is visible in the dense samples. I cannot certify whether the motion speed is native, interpolated or retimed merely from these samples, so I only assert that the final passage contains source-image motion rather than a single unchanged picture. Control comparison: The unregistered control still communicates 'round things in archives.' It does not offer the same continuous spatial target: clock and circular aperture become huge, projector reel becomes relatively small and high, and later objects require gaze shifts and diameter readjustment. The control has more consistent image filling and fewer conspicuous black margins. Main pays for its stronger anchor with a small clock/aperture window, then much larger source windows; those frame-size changes are an additional visual rhythm. Despite that cost, the main version better supports the requested common-anchor construction. In particular the dinner release and final ball release have clearly larger before/after context changes. This is an observable difference, not a preference inferred from a transform ledger. Largest gap / reservation: Approximately 17.00–20.00, the nearly unchanged reverse dinner view after the morsel has been lifted. This is the least clearly necessary duration. The bread/plate/glass context is already established, the matched anchor has been released, and no new action redirects attention before the mechanical circular array arrives. The three seconds may provide an effective rest in playback, but the sampled images alone do not prove that need. This is the main reason I do not claim complete experiential acceptance. Observable repair / falsifiable test: Make a comparison that removes 1.0–1.5 seconds from the middle of the reverse dinner hold, preserving its entrance, enough time to see the torn bread, and its cut to the next round mechanism. Show both without the closing title. If viewers still describe the transition from rim to meal/action and then recognize the return to circular correspondence, while the shorter hold reduces a sense of waiting, shorten it. If they lose the distinction between geometric sequence and contextual interruption, retain the longer interval. Do not add another circle or explanatory text to solve this: the relevant variable is the aftermath duration. Additional limits and strengths: The early held images are near-static for roughly two seconds each; exact felt cadence and any contribution of the pulse track cannot be judged from contact sheets. The later sequence has longer holds, but its sense of a slower return is only provisionally supported until playback. The strongest visual achievements are stable central occupancy across unlike materials, the eye as a living counterpart to machines, and the two moves from constrained round form into contextual action. The final title is unnecessary for noticing those relationships. No required visual reconstruction is indicated by my inspection; test the dinner aftermath duration and audition the actual sound/picture before declaring a final audiovisual pass. ===== CRITIC_A_V02.txt ===== ALLWAYS 059 — CRITIC A, V02 Visual-evidence verdict: PASS, with qualifications about imperfect circular shapes. Registered version is stronger than unregistered control for the stated graphic continuity. Overall experiential acceptance: INCONCLUSIVE. No normal-speed playback or audio listening was possible; a felt slower return, precise rhythm and sound-image success remain unverified. Review scope: All four ordered registered V02 sheets and all four control V02 sheets inspected. I then extracted every native output frame from the actual registered MP4 over 33.200–33.833 seconds to test the edge exit, and inspected the supplied source-frame trajectory sheet. No build script/ledger was read. This is an independent returning critic's judgment, not a new blind concept inference. Opening stability and material change, 0–12: Clock0–2 → aperture2–4 is still the clearest stable-position/size comparison. Projector reel4–6 and grille6–8 continue it convincingly despite different source window dimensions. Lamp8–10 is bulbous and flattened at its bottom rather than circular; dark form among vessels10–12 is elliptical. These weaken exact contour identity but preserve a centered round-form family through metal/glass, darkness/light, machinery and a practical lighting object. In control the aperture is much larger, projector target smaller amid competing wheels, paired lamps divide attention, and vessel array disperses attention. Registered is visibly stronger for a single recurring anchor. This conclusion comes from perceived shapes and salience, not coordinate metadata. Uneven rim, 12–14: The new sideplate baked item is a substantive repair. Its dark brown upper silhouette is unobstructed and visibly lumpy/scalloped. Fingers at left no longer cover the nominated shape. It is a rounded irregular cap/body rather than a pristine flat disk; that makes it a useful departure from the machine circles instead of an unreadable hand/food tangle. A round plate surrounds it and offers another circle, but the centered brown item is salient enough that the target remains recoverable. Qualified pass for uneven contour. I would call it a baked item/roll-like form rather than claiming a particular food identity from this image alone. Meaningful context release, 14–20: 14–15 widens from that item to its plate and meal setting; 15–20 resumes hands, utensils, food and table movement. The context gives the shape a use and place: an edible item among a meal, rather than an isolated geometric specimen. This is clearer than V01 because we can hold the object's identity while the field opens. The hands are manipulating another piece at left, not visibly tearing the exact sideplate item. Therefore “food in a meal setting” is supported; “this object is consumed/torn” is not. That limitation does not defeat the requested release into meaningful context. Second series / slower return, 20–32: 20–22.4 rotary-looking part; 22.4–24.8 iris; 24.8–27.2 record; 27.2–29.6 handled reel; 29.6–32 ball. Machine→living iris at22.4 is still the strongest material/functional transition. The record label and handled reel are perspective ellipses, not identical circles. Ball is rounded and its irregular motion-blurred edge is legible. The 2.4-second holds are longer than opening2-second holds, but static inspection cannot demonstrate that a viewer feels a changed tempo. Also, these are mostly new images carrying the same formal family, not a literal return through the first sequence. A modest slower second series is structurally present; its experiential force is INCONCLUSIVE. Final release and literal edge exit, 32–34.5 approximately: 32–33.2 widens from isolated ball to children/court. Original motion begins at33.2. Actual output frames show ball at33.200 beside/above the foreground child's shoulder, up/right at33.233–33.333, intersecting the upper/right edge at33.367–33.433, and absent at33.467 while people and background remain visible. This trajectory supports a literal moving edge exit, not merely a disappearance behind the child. The source-frame sheet independently shows the dip and up/right departure. Pass for the exit criterion. I retract no V01 caution: V01 was not certified; V02 now has specific trajectory evidence. The subsequent child's body turn is secondary; the ball's departure itself supplies release from the persistent anchor. Best cuts/gestures: 2.0 clock→aperture for obvious graphic carryover; 22.4 mechanical form→iris for changing material/function; 32–33.467 context revelation followed by the formerly arrested ball escaping the frame. The 14–15 food reveal is now readable as the same object gaining context. Largest remaining visual gap: The promise of one persistent circle is looser at8–12 (bulbous lamp→horizontal ellipse) and27.2 (tilted reel). Background image rectangles change size conspicuously, especially clock/aperture versus projector/food. The target often stays put while its rectangular window changes; this can make the collage apparatus as noticeable as the anchor. These are aesthetic qualifications, not mandatory blockers given the stated family across materials and uneven rim. Observable optional repair: If exact contour persistence is essential, select a more circular native lamp silhouette or a less oblique dark vessel/reel frame rather than stretching objects. Assess window-edge competition in native playback before adding more treatment. No further image-content repair is required for my visual pass. The meaningful next verification is normal-speed registered/control viewing with sound, particularly whether the20–32 passage actually feels slower and whether the final0.267-second trajectory from33.200 to33.467 reads readily as the held ball breaking free. Do not replace that missing experiential evidence with metadata or my frame-based verdict. Decision: Prefer registered V02 to control for this concept. V02 addresses the two concrete V01 concerns: the bread target is now visually recoverable, and the actual final ball exit is now demonstrated. Visual construction PASS; whole-film sound/rhythm/normal-speed acceptance remains INCONCLUSIVE. ===== CRITIC_B_V02.txt ===== 059 V02 — INDEPENDENT CRITIC B REVISION REVIEW VISUAL CONSTRUCTION: PASS. FULL REAL-TIME AUDIOVISUAL ACCEPTANCE: INCONCLUSIVE / pending playback and sound audition. Method: Preserved CRITIC_B.txt as my independent V01 response. For V02 inspected all four actual ordered main sheets and all four actual control sheets across 0.00–37.21 seconds. Extracted additional native 960x720 main MP4 frames at 12.50 and 30.50; decoded and inspected all 45 output frames at 30 fps from 32.80 to 34.30 in temporal order, displayed at 480 pixels wide. I did not use the builder's ball_exact image, source timeline, ledger or another critic report. The parent supplied a description of the proposed revision before this viewing, so this is a revision review, not a blind first viewing. No native real-time playback or audio audition. The dense whole-film V01 inspection remains relevant to unchanged structure, but I do not claim to have independently decoded all V02 frames. Closing-title text is excluded as explanation. The bread repair is clearly visible and improves the intended hinge. Around 12.00–14.25 the centered brown roll on its side plate has a visible scalloped/lobed perimeter. The hand-held torn roll is now peripheral rather than the competing central target. At 12.50 the brown roll's entire outer shape is plainly visible; the irregularity reads as material contour, not as fingers occluding an uncertain circle. The release around 14.50–15.00 reveals the larger dinner arrangement and makes the located roll part of a setting. That is a stronger and less ambiguous transition than V01's hand/gap/crumb competition. The ending repair also improves observable continuity. The held ball around 29.50–32.00 is lower, against the foreground boy's shoulder/head rather than isolated high on the curtain. It occupies the central region at a diameter consistent with the other anchors. The partial overlap with the boy is visible, but the ball's round surface and enough perimeter remain readable. The broader frame then restores context. In the exact output-frame run beginning 32.80, the ball is initially beside the boy, moves upward/right, reaches the upper-right boundary and disappears; the foreground boy subsequently turns. The path is an actual observable departure across successive decoded frames. Around 33.20–33.43 the upward/right movement and exit are especially clear; these times are approximate frame-run readings, not a claim of playback perception. This establishes more than a still followed by an already-absent ball. I cannot independently establish original source speed or absence of retiming without source comparison, and have not done so. Whole construction remains readable: approximately 0–12 seconds keeps a central round region through clock, dark opening, projector reel, diaphragm, bright lamp and smooth dark surface among clear round forms. Around 12–20 seconds, an irregular edible object opens into meal/action/aftermath. Around 20–29.25, terminal array, iris, record label and hand-held reel re-establish the circular relation with more perspective and context variation. Around 29.50–34.25, ball and boys provide a second contextual opening and motion exit. The eye is still the strongest material/function change. The correspondence survives without the closing explanatory text. Control: V02 control keeps the same contextual actions and revised ball state but loses the stable diameter/location through earlier shots. It reads as a collection of round objects more readily than an anchored chain. Main is materially stronger for the stated visual criterion. Control's fuller image windows remain less conspicuous as a framing device, while main's small early clock/opening windows and changing black margins are noticeable costs. These costs do not defeat the central correspondence. Largest remaining gap is unchanged: approximately 17.00–20.00, reverse dinner aftermath. Bread, plate and water glass stay nearly unchanged for roughly three seconds after the more specific hand action. It may be an effective rest in actual playback; sheets do not establish that necessity. I retain this pacing reservation rather than declaring it resolved by unrelated bread/ball changes. It is not a visual-construction failure: the interruption and return are still unambiguous. Observable optional repair: Compare a version removing 1.0–1.5 seconds from the middle of that reverse dinner hold, preserving its entrance and the return cut. Retain the longer one if the shorter loses the felt division between geometric chain and contextual interruption; shorten if both preserve that distinction and the shorter reduces waiting. This needs real-time viewing. No further image substitution or text explanation is called for by my inspection. V02 is visually stronger than V01: irregular roll now has a distinct visible perimeter, and the final path visibly leaves the frame. I accept the visual construction and recommend preserving those repairs. I do not certify felt cadence, sound-picture fit, or final audiovisual acceptance from sampled/static inspection.
